TK’s Istanbul STPC is back!

Turkish Airlines has some exciting news! With immediate effect, its popular Free Hotel Stopover offering has returned.

The offer is available to all Turkish Airlines passengers travelling from South Africa with an international connecting flight in Istanbul. By voluntarily selecting a later connecting flight (minimum 20 hours), business-class passengers are entitled to two nights in a five-star hotel, bed and breakfast. Economy-class passengers receive one night in a four-star hotel, bed and breakfast. And, the airline points out, these hotels are located in Istanbul’s city centre.

Passengers can use the STPC benefit once only, either on their outbound or inbound journey. The offer is only available to travellers with return tickets originating in and returning to South Africa, for international connecting flights. Tickets must be issued on Turkish Airlines ticket stock. Turkey visas, transfers and travel around the city are not included in the STPC offer. Free accommodation is subject to hotel availability and Turkish Airlines has the right to change the terms and conditions at any time.

The travel agency must complete a Stopover Request Form and submit to Turkish Airlines up to 72 hours prior to departure.
