TNW Pick: AF/KLM ditch point-of-sale fares

As of June 4, Air France and KLM changed their fare offering
worldwide from point-of-sale to point-of-commencement. This decision means that
agents will have access to the same fares for the same flight routes,
regardless of where the booking is made.
