Royal Caribbean has ordered a new Icon-class ship, bringing its fleet of ships powered by
liquefied natural gas to three. Construction of the first ship will begin in 2020 for delivery in
2022, and the second in 2024. The three ships will all have capacity for 5 000 passengers.
The order for this new ship is subject to financing and is set to be delivered in 2025.
