From February 16, all visa applications for Russia must now first be completed online at http://visa.kdmid.ru.
The completed forms must then be submitted in print to the Embassy of the Russian Federation in Pretoria or
the Russian Consulate in Cape Town. SA passport holders must provide their printed visa application in person.
