Trafalgar launches agent e-learning podcast

TRAFALGAR has launched an agent

e-learning podcast to provide behindthe-scenes access to the brand.

In the initial five-part series,

‘Travel Unlocked’, the brand reveals

stories and information from a

variety of guests within the business,

including travel directors, sales

managers, product developers and

ceo, Gavin Tollman. The episodes

will cover FAQs, JoinTrafalgar

sustainability efforts, and other brandrelated topics.

Each episode has an associated

quiz, which can be accessed through

the TTC Academy, either via a

desktop or the Litmos App. Agents

can download the app, log in with

their TTC Academy credentials, listen

to the podcasts and then access the

review questions directly in the app.

Travel Unlocked is also available

via Google Podcasts, Spotify, Stitcher

and TuneIn (including Apple Podcasts,

which are coming soon), and TTC

Academy.

According to Kelly Jackson, head

of sales of TTC, Travel Unlocked was

created to address feedback from

agents who said they wanted more

e-learning resources. “Of agents

surveyed, 94% said they wanted

access to information that consumers

could not find in any brochure or

online, cementing their role as the

experts in the industry.”
