British Airways will add two new transatlantic routes to its Gatwick schedule next year – Las Vegas from March 27 and Toronto from May 1.
Las Vegas is already served from Heathrow, and in response to high demand from customers, three weekly flights from Gatwick are being added. The thrice-weekly Toronto flight is BA’s first service to Canada from Gatwick.
The two flights take the airline’s number of new routes from Gatwick this year to six. BA now offers 71 routes from the airport – 24 long-haul and 47 short-haul.
