The UK has launched a new online application service in South Africa, which it says offers a more user-friendly process.
Access UK, which has already been available in mainland China and India, is now live in South Africa, UK Visas and Immigration said in a statement. The online application form is shorter, with questions ordered based on customer feedback. It is also dynamic and asks relevant questions based on a customer’s previous answers.
Travellers applying for a standard visitor visa, a visitor (marriage and civil partnership) visa, or a visitor (permitted paid engagement) visa are able to make use of the service.
It can be accessed at www.gov.uk/apply-uk-visa.
