Known as thought leader in our industry, executive manager and chief marketing officer for FlySafair, Kirby Gordon, speaks to Travel News journalist Sarah Robertson about his views on current domestic demand levels, a month into FlySafair’s post-lockdown resumption of passenger flight services.

Note: Following the recording of this interview, Minister of Transport, Fikile Mbalula, announced the reopening of George and East London airports. FlySafair will resume operations on the Johannesburg East London route on July 24 with flights every day, except Saturdays. Flights between Johannesburg and George and Cape Town and East London will resume on July 27 with flights departing on Mondays and Fridays.
