Wilderness has announced the opening of Wilderness Bisate Reserve, a new ultra-luxury camp in the same area as Wilderness Bisate just outside the border of Volcanoes National Park, Rwanda.

The new camp is perched at an elevated vantage point with a 360-degree view of the dormant Virunga volcanoes.

Comprising four villas, the lodge is constructed of thatch, timber, volcanic rock and exposed brick and basketry to reflect the surroundings.

Each villa features private decks and wood-fired hot tubs as well as options for private dining and in-room massage treatments.

“We are thrilled to unveil this sophisticated lodge, enhancing our much-acclaimed offering at Bisate. Every thread of its design reflects our deep sense of purpose, seamlessly woven into the fabric of the property,” said Manza Kayihura, Wilderness Rwanda Chairman.
