Jimmy Eichelgruen

Jimmy Eichelgruen recently retired after 51 years in aviation. His last position was as Delta Air Lines’ Director-Sales, Africa Middle East & Indian Sub-Continent. Born in Durban, he worked with SAA and then moved to a career with Pan American Airways, in various positions in Africa and Europe, transferring to Delta in 1991, where he enjoyed a stellar career giving him vast experience in Africa. Eichelgruen now intends to do some selected project work based on his commercial airline and travel market knowledge, and his strength in building/developing markets and opportunities and GSA development, particularly focusing on Africa.
