Club Travel has appointed Nozulu (Dudu) Maphupha as Executive Manager of Corporate Operations. She will be based at the Corporate Head Office in Rosebank.
Club says Maphupha brings a wealth of experience in bespoke solutions that deliver a sustainable, scalable and flexible programme to fit its clients’ needs. She is renowned for her efficient service offering and ability to make things happen. She was the first travel student to receive a bursary from Boston City Campus and the first black female GM of Operations at Rennies BCD Travel.
“The ever-changing travel industry challenged my thinking and trained me to always think on my feet and be solution-oriented and align this to factors impacting the industry daily, such as economic decisions, politics, natural disasters, social influences, technology, pandemics, etc,” said Maphupha.
Kananelo Makhetha, CEO of Club Travel Corporate, said Maphupha’s values and passions perfectly aligned with the Club Travel DNA. “Coupled with her qualification in the Senior Manager Development Programme from the Stellenbosch Business School, we look forward to the impact she will have on our teams, in terms of mentoring and driving best practices for our clients.”
