The high-rise Acsiopolis building, including the @Sandton Apartments and @Sandton Hotel in Benmore Gardens, is open for business.

Catering for the multi-use lifestyle rental market, the precinct includes a 561-room luxury hotel, 480 leased apartments, conferencing facilities, co-working space, a National Curriculum Framework curriculum nursery school, doctors’ rooms, gym, clubhouse, deli, restaurant and spa.

From this location, business guests of the hotel and apartments have easy access to the Gautrain and airports, as well as a complimentary shuttle services within Sandton, 24-hour room service, uninterrupted water supply and power from back-up generators, fast and efficient WiFi, as well as food offerings for all requirements.

The hotel is designed to appeal to all markets – present occupancy is 58% South African guests, 18% Africa guests and 24% international guests.

Anthony Batistich, @Sandton Hotel General Manager said: “The Acsiopolis precinct is an impressive mixed-development property. The grand scale and multitude of offerings support a simple, convenient and upmarket experience.

“The SA market has responded well after COVID restrictions, which can be seen by the uptake from the domestic market in the hotel’s business mix, well supported by the strong demand in the MICE space, which has added benefits for the accommodation, food and beverage sectors.”

Batistich said the continuing return of international carriers such as Air Belgium, to name one, would continue to stimulate the international market positively.
