Air France has launched a new concierge service for passengers arriving at, departing from, or transiting through Paris-Charles de Gaulle airport.

The service for arriving passengers includes a meet-and-greet with the concierge after disembarking, baggage collection, and accompaniment to a private transfer service from the airport to an address of choice in central Paris or within a 40km radius of Paris-Charles de Gaulle.

Transiting passengers purchasing the service will also be greeted by a concierge upon disembarkation and accompanied to an Air France lounge if the passenger has access to the lounge or purchases lounge access. Passengers will then be guided through exclusive priority lanes to board their next flight.

Departing passengers will receive a private transfer to the airport and be greeted by the concierge upon arrival. The concierge will handle baggage and accompany the passenger to the SkyPriority counter. Access to the Air France lounge, if applicable, will be granted, and passengers will be guided through Air France's priority boarding lanes when boarding begins.

The service is available for all passengers to purchase, regardless of the class they fly. According to Air France, you can book your concierge on the airline’s website or in the reservations system up to 18 hours before a departing flight. Costs start from €400 (R7 980) for departing and arriving passengers and €300 (R5 985) for transit passengers. Bookings are already available for flights starting June 11.

The concierge service is available on all Air France-operated and marketed flights.
