British Airways announces new routes
BRITISH Airways will launch a four times a week service
from London-Gatwick to Cologne, Germany, starting
November 16. The airline will also introduce direct flights
between London Heathrow and Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania,
four times a week from April 2019. The Executive Club
Reward app has just been unveiled, which members of the
airline’s Executive Club frequent flyer programme can use
to collect and spend Avios.


QR to launch Gothenburg service
QATAR Airways will launch direct flights to Gothenburg,
Sweden, starting December 12, serviced by a Boeing
787-8. The airline has also added 406 seats a week on
its daily flight between Doha and Edinburgh. The B787
Dreamliner, which previously serviced the route, has been
replaced by an Airbus A350-900.


Iberia amends Moscow schedule
FROM June to September 2019, Iberia will operate an
amended schedule for its direct Madrid-Moscow flights.
From May 31 until July 30, the flight will depart Madrid
on Mondays, Tuesdays, Fridays and Saturdays at 17h40
and arrive in Moscow at 23h30. From August 1 until
August 31, the flight will depart Madrid at 08h45 and
arrive in Moscow at 14h35 daily except Friday. The return
flights will depart Moscow at 00h20 and arrive in Madrid
at 04h30 every Monday, Tuesday, Friday and Saturday.
From August 1 until August 31, the flight will depart
Moscow at 15h20 and arrive in Madrid at 14h35 daily
except Friday.
