It was a joyful occasion when Carla da Silva, Airlink’s Executive Manager Sales & Marketing, hosted an exclusive group of women travel executives for an intimate lunch at Aurum at The Leonardo in Sandton, to celebrate Women’s Month.

Airlink’s success has been a boon to the travel industry, especially at a time when there was enormous disruption in South African aviation during the pandemic. Since mid-pandemic, it has steadily built its network to 45 destinations in 15 African countries and St Helena, and the privately owned airline now commands a fleet of over 60 Embraer Regional Jets and offers more than 75 000 flights annually. It’s also extremely proud to lead the industry with on-time performance that consistently exceeds 95% as measured by Acsa.
