Amadeus Southern Africa launches social media presence

Amadeus Southern Africa has announced the official launch of its blog, Facebook page and YouTube channel.

Amadeus said the new platforms would provide it with further mediums to better interact with customers on a more personal level, as well as channels to supply content to travel industry professionals across all Amadeus Southern Africa’s ten regions.

The Amadeus Southern Africa platforms will host the latest Amadeus news, industry trends, tips and tricks for Amadeus users and content from travel and technology thought leaders. As social media becomes an increasingly important communication tool worldwide, these new channels will not only provide Amadeus with a channel to directly respond to client queries but also a forum for users to engage with one another and share information on the latest industry trends.
