with Carlson Rezidor since
2003 and began his career in
the UK in leadership positions
at Carlson Rezidor’s hotels in
London and Manchester. He
holds a degree in mechanical
engineering, design, and
technology from Nottingham
Trent University.

Manqele as new executive
chef. Nkosikhona studied at the
International Hotel School and
has since acquired 13 years of
experience in culinary industry
