will manage
all aspects
of the hotel, as well as
Harveys Restaurant. Murray
has a Diploma in Hotel
Management and has
worked at a number of fourand
ve-star hotels across
South Africa as well as at
Michelin-starred restaurants
in London. He has held the
role of gm at three hotels,
most recently the Cape
Milner Hotel, where he
spent 12 years.

has appointed
reserve manager, Regardt
Boshoff. He qualied as a
eld guide at the Nature
College in the little Karoo,
and completed his practical
training at Blaauwbosch in
the Eastern Cape before
joining Bushmans Kloof
in 2008. Regardt was
promoted to head eld guide
in 2011 and to reserve
manager in February this
year.
