'Big Game' hits big time

FOLLOWING the successful hosting of three school groups - of up to 15 children per group - from the United Kingdom for an environmental educational to Swaziland last month, Big Game Parks (BGP) has indicated that it would look at opening its services to this market all year round.
"To date, these kind of excursions by overseas and regional school groups have been very seasonal, but there is a growing international demand for trips to Southern Africa," says BGP spokesperson, Ann Reilly.
The three groups have already indicated that the trips will be held annually, after the success of the first one held this year.
Reilly says although the school group packages will differ according to the needs of the groups, the main objective will be to instil in pupils the concepts and importance of conservation.
