Celestyal launches flexi fares

Celestyal Cruises has introduced a new flexible fare structure for 2023 and 2024, giving passengers the new freedom to choose between the Inclusive and Enhance plans.

Celestyal’s Chief Commercial Officer, Leslie Peden, said in a statement that the cruise line was in constant communication with its guests and its travel agent partners. “They have shared with us a desire for more flexibility and customisation. We also know that our core guest is more of an explorer and true traveller. In response to this feedback, we are charting a new course for Celestyal next year, with a flexible pricing model that gives guests more choice and freedom in creating a truly customised vacation experience.”

The Inclusive fare is the entry-level package with the inclusion of complimentary dining, drinks with meals and pre-bookable shore excursion discount vouchers to the value of US$90pp (R1 400), as well as gratuities.

The second tier, Enhance, allows guests to elevate their cruise experience with a 25% speciality dining discount, an hour of free WiFi a day, and additional shore excursion discount vouchers to the value of US$160 (R2 900). This tier also allows guests to upgrade to a Premium Plus drinks package for an extra US$19 (R340)

Celestyal Cruises is represented in South Africa by Whitestar Cruises.
