Club Med ventures into Oman

27 May 2024
Musandam, Oman.
Comments | 0

Club Med Musandam, the first Club Med in Oman, is set to open in the coastal enclave of Musandam in 2028.

Less than three hours from Dubai, Musandam’s 215 000 sqm property will provide guests with 600 metres of wild beachfront, 300 rooms, multiple food and beverage options, leisure facilities, and entertainment spaces.

The resort will also offer nature-based wellness opportunities in uncharted landscapes and waters.

Operations at Musandam will adhere to Green Globe standards – there is a ban on single-use plastics, food waste will be reduced, and the natural surroundings are to be preserved.

The development is a collaboration between Club Med, Royal Court Affairs (which represents the interests of the Sultan of Oman), and the Oman Tourism Development Company (Omran).
