Services have not been halted, it is just the online shuttle booking platform that is temporarily unavailable. Bookings can still be made by contacting the reservations team directly. Travel News apologises for the error.
Eswatini Air has temporarily halted its online complimentary shuttle service bookings.
The airline published a notice on its Facebook page saying that its online shuttle bookings were currently on hold.
For any new bookings and enquiries, agents must contact the reservations team directly on reservations@eswatiniair.co.sz or by phone.
Launched in October 2024, the Eswatini Air shuttle service is a complimentary service that offers convenient shuttle transport to all Eswatini Air passengers. The shuttle runs between King Mswati III Airport and various points in central Eswatini.
