Delta has issued a weather waiver for airports in the New York City area ahead of the forecast strong winds and rain.
Passengers flying to, from or through JFK International, LaGuardia, Newark Liberty, Newburgh and White Plains between November 26 and 28 will be allowed to make a one-time change to their travel plans, without incurring a fee.
