EgyptAir and CemAir interline

04 Feb 2022
Comments | 0

EgyptAir and CemAir have signed an interline ticketing agreement.

This means that tickets can be issued on either airline’s paper for travel on either airline.

At present, this does not include a baggage agreement, and baggage must be dealt with according to the rules of the carrier that the passenger is flying on, and checked in for a second time on the second leg of the journey.

EgyptAir has two flights a week between Cairo and Johannesburg, on Fridays and Sundays.

CemAir has an expanding network over Southern Africa, with regional flights to Luanda and Lusaka. Domestically it covers Johannesburg, Cape Town, Durban, Hoedspruit, Bloemfontein, George, Kimberley, Margate and Plettenberg Bay.
