Emirates introduces online booking changes

13 Feb 2012 - by Dave Marsh

Emirates has introduced an enhanced website functionality allowing passengers to change their bookings online.

The functionality now allows for passengers to change the time or date of travel, adding flights and upgrading to Emirates’ first of business class.

Regardless of whether passengers booked via the Emirates’ website, through an Emirates agent or on the phone, passengers can alter or add to their travel itinerary online, any time of the day.

Emirates has implemented the online change functionality on all their global websites – including South Africa, in all languages; thus ensuring passengers around the globe have instant access to their travel.
