The Gordon Institute of Business Science addresses these and other questions in a presentation and discussion with a leading expert in global hospitality research.
Dr. Chekitan Dev is an award-winning lecturer in strategic marketing, branding, strategic alliances and e-commerce at the School of Hotel Administration, Cornell University. A regular commentator on hospitality and travel trends in the Wall Street Journal, the New York Times, Newsweek and USA Today, Chekitan Dev has worked with leading hospitality companies and associations including, Hilton, Marriott, and Sun International. Dr. Dev is also on the research committee of the International Hotel and Restaurant Association.
