Last week TNW reported that Lufthansa had issued a new fare rule where
agents would be issued with an ADM of up to the full fare for cancelling
return legs on round trips. The rule was in fact introduced two years ago
and published on Lufthansa’s eXperts site at www.lufthansaexperts.com.
