Turkish Airlines in South Africa has lifted the suspension of refunds.
From August 28, the carrier started processing refunds in a phased approach, starting with all tickets for travel up to and including March 31, 2020.
The request for refunds can be submitted on the GDS for this first phase and all those already submitted for refunds via BSP Link will be rejected in order for agents to process new refunds via the GDS.
All tickets where flights were cancelled by the airline due to lockdown restrictions are entitled to a full refund, regardless of the original fare conditions.
