Home Suite Hotels offers sleep menu

Home Suite Hotels has announced the launch of an innovative sleep menu to provide guests with a relaxing and calm environment for a good night’s sleep.

The menu was created to ensure comfort for visitors who stay for extended periods.

Home Suite Hotels CEO, Jonathon Meyer, said: “Sleep is, in fact, a big part of your hotel experience, whether you’re a business traveller who needs to be well rested for the next day’s meetings, an explorer who wants to stay out as late as possible so that you can see all the sights but wants to feel sufficiently energised to continue exploring the next day – or even someone who lives down the road who just wants to swap domestic chaos for a bit of peace. We actually have a number of regular guests who check in for no reason other than to have a good night’s sleep.”

The sleep menu includes luxury pillows and the Eight Sleep mattress cover, which uses technology to enable features like automatic temperature adjustment.

The hotel team also focused on sound and lighting in the rooms to ensure restful sleep. All rooms are also equipped with blackout blinds, and white noise machines are being introduced throughout the hotels. Guests may also request blue light reading glasses so that light emitted from their devices do not disrupt their sleep cycles. They can also access a curated sleep playlist by scanning a QR code.

Guests are also provided with sleep ritual packs containing scented candles, eye masks, room spray and soothing essential oils.

The sleep menu is available at Home Suite Hotels across Johannesburg and Cape Town.
