Hyatt Hotels plans to open a 300-key Hyatt Place and 250-key Hyatt House Hotel in Ho Chi Minh City, Saigon.
The hotels will be completed in 2023 and are Hyatt’s first dual-branded project in Southeast Asia.
Hyatt Place will consist of 300 rooms, a café, three meeting rooms and an outdoor pool and fitness centre. Hyatt House will cater for long-term occupants with 250 rooms divided into studios and one-bedroom suites.
Situated in the heart of a growing residential, commercial and entertainment-hub, the hotels are close to Ho Chi Minh City’s Central Business District.
