Hyatt Hotel Corporation has opened the Hyatt Place Nairobi Westlands and Hyatt House Nairobi Westlands, the first dual Hyatt branded project on the continent, on March 18.

Located along Lower Kabete Road, the development is close to the city’s top attractions including Westgate Mall, the Nairobi National Museum, and Karura Forest.

It is one of the few pet-friendly hotels in Nairobi and guests are offered Hyatt Place rooms alongside residential-style Hyatt House rooms tailored for extended stays. Amenities at Hyatt Place Nairobi Westlands and Hyatt House Nairobi Westlands include all-day dining options, grab-and-go items, on-site guest laundry, a 24/7 fitness centre, an outdoor swimming pool, and meeting and conferencing facilities.

Hyatt Place Nairobi Westlands offers 168 rooms, including 18 spacious suites. Each room is equipped with amenities including an HDTV and flexible workspaces. Hyatt House Nairobi Westlands features 57 studios and one-bedroom apartments. Each Hyatt House unit has a fully equipped kitchen.

Guests staying at Hyatt House Nairobi Westlands can also enjoy amenities such as a self-service laundromat and grocery shopping services.
