Kenya Airways has announced plans to expand its KQ Ezesha Assisted Travel programme, which aims to make air travel more accessible for those with disabilities.
Once launched, the programme will offer discounted airfares to people with disabilities with 10% off local fares and 18% off international fares for both economy- and business-class seats. The airline has also partnered with Accessible Travel Kenya to provide specialised airport transfers using wheelchair-accessible vehicles with a 10% discount.
To obtain these benefits, eligible individuals must apply for a KQ Ezesha Accessibility Card which will be valid for three years.
