Day 1:
- Business Index Insights, presented by De Vries and Natalia Rosa, Director of Big Ambitions.
- Airline and travel payments, presented by Paul van Alfen, MD of Up in the Air.
Day 2:
- 21st Century Travel Agent – ‘Real Skills’, presented by Otto de Vries and Natalia Rosa.
- Collection of data and using data to enhance the travel experience, presented by Claudia Unger, Founder of Corporate Travel Unpacked and Author of Corporate Travel: Hiding in Plain Sight.
- The risks of not using a graded establishment and ensuring compliance, presented by Genevieve Joseph, Quality Protection Manager of TGCSA (Tourism Grading Council of South Africa).
Day 3:
- Asata’s Legal Counsel, Elizabeth de Stadler will address various topics, including terms and conditions, the Consumer Goods and Services Ombud (CGSO), and managing consumer complaints.
There will also be supplier partner sessions led by Emirates, Okomo and Norwegian Cruise Line.
