Today Eskom began load shedding across the country, affecting travel agencies and suppliers nationwide, leaving some of them without email access or telephones.
According to Eskom the load shedding could continue into the weekend and is due to seven days of heavy rain that left coal stocks wet.
How is load shedding affecting your business? What are you doing to remain productive and manage the situation? Send your comments and tips to chanab@nowmedia.co.za or add a comment to Disqus.
Keep an eye on Travelinfo for notices from suppliers about alternative contact details and updates on the situation.
