Lyft has partnered with Baidu, an AI company, to deploy Baidu's Apollo Go autonomous vehicles across key European markets through the Lyft platform.

The service is expected to launch in 2026 in Germany and then the UK pending regulatory approval. The fleet will expand across Europe in the following years.

Both companies will work with European regulators and stakeholders to ensure vehicles meet safety standards and regulatory requirements.
