SAA’s flights to Munich – expected to be cut by February 29 – will now be extended to April 21, with the last flight bound for Johannesburg leaving Munich on April 20.
This was announced by vp: commercial of SAA, Manish Raniga, at a media briefing held at Meetings Africa today (Tuesday) by the national carrier to update trade and media on the commercial sustainability process following its going into business rescue on December 5 last year.
The Munich announcement comes on the heels of SAA’s decision to extend its São Paulo flights to March 31 to allow passengers to, amongst others, plan trips around the annual carnival in Rio de Janeiro.
