Myanmar has suspended tourist e-visa applications after recent earthquakes damaged some online e-visa servers.

Applicants who have already received the tourist e-visa approval, including those with tourist visas issued by Myanmar embassies, are still allowed to enter and exit the country through designated international entry and exit points.

Business e-visa applications will still be accepted and processed as usual.

A 7,7-magnitude earthquake struck Myanmar on March 28, causing more than 3 000 deaths, according to BBC. A series of earthquakes and tremors have been reported since, with a 4,5-magnitude earthquake reported on April 14.
