Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings (NCLH) will not proceed with its proposed cruise tourism development at Bermuda’s Daniel’s Head property, according to Bernews.
NCLH and the Bermuda Land Management Company (BLMC) signed a non-binding memorandum of understanding in July 2025 to explore an investment in the 7,3-hectare site, about 6km from the Royal Naval Dockyard cruise port. BLMC told Bernews that the discussions were exploratory and that no development agreement or lease had been granted.
BLMC CEO Andrew Dias said the company would now invite other potential partners to propose plans for the site.
