Andrew Grunewald will take the reins as brand leader of Flight Centre Business Travel SA (FCBT) from the end of November. He replaces Ryan Potgieter, who is relocating to Australia to pursue an opportunity in the Flight Centre Travel Group (FCTG).
Andrew said he was excited about the new role and aims to double FCBT SA’s business by 2022.
His career at FCTG began more than 13 years ago as a travel consultant. He was then promoted to team leader and later headed up his own Flight Centre retail outlet. He then graduated from the USB Senior Leader Development Programme and obtained several coaching accreditations. In 2016 Andrew became the business leader for the Sales & Leadership Academy and launched the FC Business School this year.
