Oceania Cruises has announced that Oceania Sonata’s itineraries will be available for booking from January 28. The ship’s maiden voyage will set sail on August 7 from Rome on a 14-day cruise to Trieste. From there the Oceania Sonata will travel through the Mediterranean with stops in some of Europe’s capital cities and coastal towns. The cruise will then cross the Atlantic to Miami, with ports of call across the Caribbean, Mexico, and Central and South America.
The 1 390-guest vessel features:
- Newly designed Sonata-class suites
- Wider choice of entertainment areas including the new Opus Lounge
- Expanded social spaces including a larger Baristas café and Crêperie
- Diverse culinary programme with 13 unique restaurants
