Online Travel Agency, Travelwings.com, has appointed Patrick O’Connor Business Development Manager for South Africa.

O’Connor’s 18 years of experience expands across travel and airline sectors, in various management roles. He has served various South African TMCs and airlines, including SAA City Centre, BTI Connex Travel, Flight Centre, Club Travel, Harvey World Travel, Comair and more recently, Voyagers Zambia Limited (Zambia) where he was based for five years.

“Patrick’s vast knowledge of the business and experience he gained in Zambia is the ‘fit’ we are seeking to further complement our team as we accelerate our brand positioning in the region. We wish Patrick much success in his new role”, said Sean Bradley, Travelwings’ Chief Business Development Officer for Africa.

Travelwings was founded in 2015 and is headquartered in Dubai. The brand is a division of travel management company Satguru Travel, which has 29 years of travel management experience and maintains a presence in 89 countries.
