O.R. Tambo International Airport’s Pre-Booking Parking Service is temporarly unavailable due to a technical problem experienced. The service will be restored as soon as the problem has been resolved.
ACSA is advising all airport users who were double charged for parking over the December 2011 period, to contact its parking offices for reimbursement.
The problem was the result of a technical problem with the Car Park Pre-Booking System. ACSA Technicians are working on rectifying the problem to avoid any further inconvenience to passenger and airport users.
Clients who were double charged can e-mail their 16 credit card digit number, their copy of the original booking and a copy of the double charge to Martjie.vandermerve@airports.co.za Nthabiseng.Ramonti@airports.co.za, Dineshri.Aboo@airports.co.za or Pumeza.Dongo@airports.co.za for reimbursement.
Alternatively, clients can bring their credit card number to the parking offices at O.R. Tambo International Airport for reimbursement. For further queries passengers can contact Customer Care at Customercare@airports.co.za or our Help Desk (011) 921 6262.
