Town’s Portswood Hotel has
undergone a name change,
from The Quarterdeck to the
Quarter Kitchen. Not only is
the restaurant celebrating
an intriguing new menu,
but also the publication of
a special cookbook packed
with sumptuous recipes
for traditional Cape Malay
