P&O PRINCESS Cruises shareholders voted on April 16 in favour of joining Carnival Corporation, forming the world's largest cruise company says Travelmole.com. The single company will be listed on the United Kingdom stock exchange under the name of Carnival plc, however the individual brands will see little change. (Anton Marsh)
