On July 1, Portugal became the latest European nation to rescind all entry requirements for international arrivals related to COVID-19.
Visiting mainland Portugal, Madeira and Porto Santo is now the same as during pre-pandemic times, for all tourists.
So far, the southern European country has administered 24,6 million vaccine doses, with 86,2% of eligible people in the region now fully vaccinated.
