Proflight Zambia has announced a new Lusaka-Livingstone-Maun route will be launched next year.
The seasonal service will operate three times weekly (Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays) between May 1 and October 31, 2026, using a 29-seater Jetstream 41 aircraft.
Flight schedule:
- Lusaka-Maun (via Livingstone): 09h10-12h00
- Livingstone-Maun (direct): 11h05-12h00
- Maun-Lusaka (via Livingstone): 12h35-15h25
- Maun-Livingstone (direct): 12h35-13h30
Passengers travelling between Lusaka and Maun will clear immigration at Livingstone Airport.
The new route will provide improved access between Zambia and Botswana – reducing travel time between the Okavango Delta, South Luangwa and the Lower Zambezi to around four to five hours by air. Previously, travellers relied on limited and costly charter options or lengthy routings through Johannesburg.
