Radisson Hotel Group has announced its market entry into DRC with two new hotel signings: Radisson Blu Hotel, Kinshasa and Radisson Hotel Lubumbashi. The developments mark a significant milestone for the group’s Central African expansion.

Radisson Blu Hotel, Kinshasa is scheduled to open in late 2026. Located on Boulevard Colonel Tshatshi in the Gombe district, the hotel will offer 110 rooms, a lobby bar, all-day dining restaurant and pool bar. Facilities will also include a gym, massage rooms and outdoor swimming pool along with dedicated meeting and event space.

Radisson Hotel Lubumbashi, expected to open in mid-2027, will feature 97 rooms as well as a rooftop bar and grill overlooking the city. The property will also include three meeting rooms, a gym and pool. It is positioned near Kipopo Lake and Lubumbashi International Airport (also known as Luano Airport).

Future growth plans include further expansion in Morocco, Nigeria and South Africa with each market targeted for at least one opening in 2025.
