Scenic Group will launch a new loyalty programme that combines the loyalty programmes of Scenic and Emerald Cruises & Tours from February 10.
The new Scenic & Emerald Rewards programme will include all Scenic and Emerald Cruises & Tours – Luxury Ocean, River and Land journeys across 65 countries in all seven continents.
Highlights of the programme include:
- One unified programme for members to earn points across all Scenic and Emerald Cruises & Tours journeys.
- Existing status points from either Scenic or Emerald will be combined into a single balance.
- Updated loyalty tiers will have simplified status points structure that’s easier to redeem and manage.
- A new MyRewards benefit for members to redeem monetary value towards their next luxury cruise or tour.
Scenic is represented by Cruise Vacations in the South African market.
