Seabourn is expanding its Earth & Ocean dining concept across its fleet, introducing more regionally inspired menus and culinary experiences.
Originally launched as a restaurant concept aboard Seabourn Ovation in 2018, Earth & Ocean will now influence menus and dining programmes across the cruise line's ships, as well as selected experiences ashore.
Chefs will incorporate regional dishes, seasonal produce and ingredients sourced from local suppliers, alongside premium products sourced internationally, including seafood, artisan cheeses and chocolates.
Seabourn said additional menus and culinary experiences would be introduced as the programme developed.
