Sneak preview of 2014 river cruising season

In 2014 Uniworld Boutique River Cruises will introduce all-inclusive river cruises in Europe and two new cruise itineraries.

Uniworld currently offers a host of inclusions, such as all non-alcoholic beverages, fine wine and beer served during lunch and dinner on board; fully hosted shore excursions; free Internet and Wi-Fi; and all scheduled transfers.

In 2014, services and amenities will also include unlimited fine wine, beer and spirits, and all gratuities for all on-board and shore services, including pre- and post-cruise extensions.

The two new additions are the eight-day Bordeaux, Vineyards & Chateaux, which takes in the Aquitane region; and the 15-day Portrait of Majestic France.

The Portrait itinerary begins in Paris and visits Vernon, the Normandy Beaches at Rouen, Honfleur and Mantes-la-Jolie before returning to Paris. The itinerary then travels on the Gavronne and Dordogne Rivers through to Bordeaux.

Early-booking savings for the 2014 season include book and pay in full by June 30, 2013, to save as much R25 000 per couple on the 27-day Grand European Voyage.  Uniworld is also offering an early-payment discount. Couples can save up to R8 000 on their 2014 river cruise by booking and paying a deposit by June 30, 2013.
